A Culinary Journey Overlooking Albuquerque
Level 5 is a culinary destination, garnering acclaim for its array of vibrant dishes and its spectacular location on the rooftop of Hotel Chaco in Albuquerque's historic Old Town.
Diners can expect dynamic menus that reflect local, regional, and specialty ingredients from partner farmers and growers, as well Hotel Chaco's own vegetable garden. Breakfast, weekend brunch, lunch, and dinner are all available at Level 5.
The executive chef pairs regionally sourced meats, sustainable seafood, and pastas made in-house with thoughtfully selected ingredients that change weekly, leading to new exciting dinner specials every few days. Recent offerings included house made agnolotti pasta with sweet corn, and local chile, as well as filet mignon with truffled potato coulis and woodland mushroom strudel. The menu also features artisanal salads and unforgettable desserts.
Breakfast and brunch menus include New Mexico lavender and honey ricotta filled crepes, pork posole with red chile, and avocado toast.
Level 5's drink selection is no less exciting or inventive. Specially crafted cocktails are inspired by the UNESCO World Heritage site Chaco Canyon and New Mexico's ancient Puebloan people. With ingredients like red chile and cacao nib, the popular Sandia Sunset, Sun Dagger, and Chaco Coffee can't be beat. Hotel Chaco offers even more to toast to with the recently opened Crafted wine and spirits tasting room, located on the first floor. Crafted features local winemakers and distillers, showcasing the best that New Mexico has to offer.
Against the stunning backdrop of Albuquerque's cityscape and the majestic Sandia mountains, Level 5 serves an experience that transcends the plate and the glass.
